At the May meeting, our Customer Committee discussed some of the important work happening across Clarion to improve safety, satisfaction and support for residents.
The Committee looked at how we’re performing on customer satisfaction and property safety. We’re pleased to report strong results in several key areas, including gas safety.
New Chatbot service helping residents
Members heard about the launch of Clarion’s new Omnichannel Chatbot service, designed to make it quicker and easier for residents to get the answers they need. They welcomed the positive feedback we've received so far, including a great score on Trustpilot. The Committee agreed to take a deeper look at how we keep residents updated on these services in future meetings.
Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
A key part of the meeting focused on how we support Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
The Committee discussed our Tenant Satisfaction Measures, particularly looking at feedback from residents who have told us they have a disability. This helps us understand their experiences and make improvements where needed.
Supporting residents with Aids and Adaptations
The Committee also explored the work we do to help residents who need home adaptations. They looked at the types of aids and adaptations we offer now and how we can future proof homes to better meet residents’ needs.
To make sure the Customer Committee can continue feeding into important decisions, members agreed to adjust future meeting dates to better align with Housing Association Board meetings. This means there will be two meetings in both July and August, giving the Committee more chances to shape the services Clarion delivers.
