You can make rent payments by logging in to your Clarion Housing online account. It's a quick and simple way to pay your rent wherever you are, any time of day.
Direct debit is the easiest way to pay your rent regularly and on time. When you set up a direct debit, your rent payment is automatically transferred to Clarion Housing from your bank or building society on a set day each month. Direct debit is secure, reliable and protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
If your rent changes, we’ll always let you know in advance, but your direct debit will continue to work as normal.
You can set up a direct debit by logging in to your Clarion Housing online account. All you need are your bank or building society account details. After setting up your direct debit, we’ll send you confirmation of your payment details at least ten days before the first direct debit payment.
When you log in to your account, you're able to use a range of services – giving you control of your home all in one place, 24 hours a day.
Please note: online services are only available to the primary tenant of a property.

You can pay online using our secure payment system. All you need is your Clarion Housing tenant reference number or customer ID. You can find this on any letter or rent statement from us.
