How to register

If you’re a Clarion Housing customer, you’re eligible to register a Clarion Housing online account.

To set up your online account, all you need is your Tenant Reference Number or Customer ID which is a 10 digit number. You can find this on the last rent statement you have received from us. If you can’t find your Tenant Reference Number or Customer ID, please contact us.

Please note: online services are only available to the primary tenant of a property.
