LiveSmart homes for older people
Our LiveSmart homes are designed for people over 55, made up of secure studios, flats and bungalows.
If you’re over 55 and would like to downsize or are planning for your retirement, LiveSmart schemes are the ideal place to do it.
Each LiveSmart scheme has its own manager whose job is to make sure the developments are safe and secure. The manager is available to assist you in your tenancy, with some based on-site and others visiting at set times.
As well as the security of a home alarm that is monitored 24/7, you can enjoy the comfort of communal living. Plus, many of the developments share a programme of social events and activities.
Whilst LiveSmart developments have dedicated staff and enhanced facilities, you do need to be able to live independently. Please note that LiveSmart homes don’t provide support, nursing, or home care.
Emergency cover
As a LiveSmart resident, you’ll be asked to provide contact information for your relatives, friends and doctors, so they can be contacted in an emergency.

We advertise a number of our empty homes on Rightmove and Moving Soon, so be sure to visit them regularly. You can share your interest and submit an application via the websites directly.
Applications will be prioritised and shortlisted in accordance with Clarion’s Allocations Policy.
LiveSmart Managers
LiveSmart Managers work to ensure schemes for the over 55’s are safe and welcoming for residents. Residents know the LiveSmart Manager is their dedicated staff member, and the main point of contact for them.
