Following a rigorous procurement process, involving a selection panel of key internal staff and regional resident representatives, we have now awarded the North London domestic and communal heating contract to Swale Heating Ltd, who commence the contract at 17.00 on Friday, 31 March 2023.
The contract is for 17 years, which will align with the six heating contracts previously procured in 2020.
The new heating contract will cover service, maintenance and repairs of domestic and communal heating, heat interface units (HIU) and EPC’s (Energy Performance Certificates).
