Mental health touches all of us. At Clarion Futures, we see its impact on our residents, with a significant percentage affected by issues like loneliness and stress.
This World Mental Health Day, we’re proud to spotlight the support available to our residents, and celebrate the power of connection.
Me in Mind: your mental health matters
Remember, you are never alone. Our Me in Mind programme offers free, anonymous access to Togetherall, a 24/7 online community where residents can find support for low mood, anxiety, and stress.
Whether you're looking to talk, listen, or simply explore helpful resources, Togetherall is here for you, anytime, anywhere.
Finding solace in poetry
Discover the calming power of poetry in a heartfelt video featuring our Community Manager, Judie Obeya, reciting My Garden, a beautiful piece by resident Jacqueline Bormond. Her words reflect the peace found in nature and everyday life.
Jacqueline’s dream of publishing her poetry came true thanks to Clarion Futures' Internal Communications and Graphic Design teams, who collaborated with her and brought her vision to life in a stunning poetry book.
At the age of 100, Jaqueline has chronicled her remarkable life and the world events that have taken place. Throughout her life, she has written over 500 poems, and her dedication to poetry has even earned recognition from the late Queen Elizabeth herself.
