Alongside publishing results, we spotlight one of the commitments to highlight a service area. This quarter we feature Commitment no.6, which focuses on the additional support we offer residents.

We can help you manage your money, understand your options and stay secure in your home. From bills to wellbeing, digital skills and job support, we support hundreds of residents each month.

More than 29,000 residents accessed the additional support and services offered within Commitment no.6 in 2025.
