Supporting your wellbeing this Mental Health Awareness Week

Clarion

Would you like to connect with others and learn simple ways to support your wellbeing?

To mark Mental Health Awareness Week (11–17 May), Clarion is inviting residents to join a series of free and welcoming sessions focused on mental health, resilience and practical support.

Taking care of your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health. Mental Health Awareness Week is a great chance to pause, reflect and find out what support is available to help you feel more confident, connected, and supported in everyday life.

Why mental health matters

Everyone has mental health, and everyone experiences challenges at times. Worries about money, housing, health or feeling isolated can affect how we feel day to day.

During Mental Health Awareness Week, we want to:

  • Raise awareness about wellbeing
  • Encourage open conversations
  • Help you access practical support
  • Bring people together in supportive settings
  • Building resilience and staying connected with others can make a real difference

Clarion is committed to supporting you in ways that go beyond just housing. Throughout the week, our teams and partners will be running sessions focused on:

  • Mental wellbeing
  • Housing and tenancy support
  • Benefits and financial guidance
  • Building resilience and confidence
  • Connecting with others in your community
