If you have an electrical fault or power outage causing faulty electrical sockets or no lighting, you should report the problem as an emergency repair by phoning our customer service team on 0300 500 8000. 

Please be aware that you’ll need an online account set up in order to raise a repair online.

Please use our simple online form to request any other electrical repairs including:

• electrical sockets
• extractor fans
• lights or light fittings
• light switches.

You can also raise a request for repairs to your electric shower or electric heating.
