You’re responsible for maintaining dividing fences between properties and for putting up new fences.
Please use our simple online form to request any other repairs to fences or walls including:
- boundary walls or fences
- retaining walls
- communal boundary walls or fences.
You can also request repairs to dividing fences if you meet our vulnerability criteria or there’s an antisocial behaviour risk.
